Early to mid-20th Century German and Japanese hand-painted gnomes. A couple of Heissner items are featured.

The reindeer on the left is an old German candy container that was once part of a larger display at Marshall Fields. The one on the right (not a candy container) is covered in mohair, just like the old teddy bears of the same era.
